  • TomaTo ,1/4 kilo cut small pieces
  • Chilly powder 4 tea spoon
  • Green chilly 2
  • Tamarin water 1/4 kap
  • Perungayam 1/2 tea spoon
  • Gingly oil 1 karandi
  • Methi powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt need(2-3 )tea spoon

Directions

  • A kaday put oil heat mustard,2 chilly,kari leaves add
  • Add green chilly,tomato fry
  • Add tamarind water,chilly powder,asaffodita,salt
  • Oil spread add methi powder & down
